2008 RAFFLE HAS CONCLUDED The Final Drawing for Our 2nd Annual Home Raffle was held on March 31, 2008. The raffle has now concluded and the 2008 winners have been selected.

*D.R. Horton makes no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding the market value of the home. Home shown is a model home and not the actual raffle home. Raffle home will be constructed in 2008.

The grand prize winner will be required to pay all fees, local, state and federal taxes, closing costs, title insurance charges, homeowners’ association dues and transfer taxes and comply with all of the other terms and conditions set forth in the Raffle Rules and D.R. Horton shall have no obligation for any such costs or expenses.

D.R. Horton reserves the right to substitute a home of equivalent value, in the same community, with approximately the same square footage of living space, location and with a boat slip in its sole and absolute discretion.  Representations of square footage are approximate only.  The computation of square footage varies based upon the criteria used.  By acceptance of a deed to the home, the grand prize winner agrees to hold D.R. Horton and its agents harmless in any dispute arising over any representations concerning the square footage of the home.  If there is a discrepancy between any written representation of the home’s square footage and the actual as-built conditions of the home, the as-built conditions will control.
